2. What information may be processed
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver web content, technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time of request, browser or device details may be processed by the hosting/network provider under its own applicable terms. The website owner may not have access to all such technical logs. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
3. Emails and rights-holder enquiries
If you contact the project, your name, email address, message, relevant correspondence and any voluntarily submitted attachments are used to respond and to maintain records of permission requests or rights-holder notices. Depending on the issue, the legal basis may be legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or compliance with an applicable legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)). Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose or applicable legal claims, and deleted when no longer needed.
4. Browser storage and reading features
The online readers store reading position and preferences (such as text size and display settings) in your browser using localStorage. These settings support your reading experience on this device. You can clear them in your browser settings. The browser-based read-aloud function relies on the speech features available on your own device/browser; any browser or operating-system speech services have their own practices.
5. No advertising or user accounts
The website does not request reader registration and does not include its own advertising trackers, third-party ad networks or commercial analytics scripts in the provided site package. Hosting/security components may nevertheless use technical identifiers according to the service provider’s configuration.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable GDPR rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding personal data processed by the project by emailing the contact address. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
7. Changes
This notice describes the site package last reviewed on 11 October 2026. It should be reviewed whenever hosting, analytics, external embeds or other data-processing features change.
